Booking the Hall

The Hall may be booked by contacting Bill Drumm on 07799 467817 or by email at bookings@hurworthvillagehall.org.uk. The Hire Agreement and Booking form are at the bottom of this page.

Charges for the Hall may vary according to type of use and facilities used but generally are £11.00 per hour for regular classes and £15.00 per hour for private bookings, £25.00 for commercial and outside Hurworth Parish. Charges are made for the time of actually access, ie including start up and finishing times. Concessions are made for charities and please contact us for more information. 

A copy of the hire agreement is available on request.

The Hall may be booked for:

• Parties and Gatherings
• Wedding Receptions
• Keep Fit classes & similar activities
• Social Events
• Fairs and Sales
• and other events.

Please note:

Our premises license enables you to consume own alcohol but alcohol cannot be sold on the premises.
